watched 2012 women's Olympic triathlon race from 2012 between the two rides!

Note

had a massive migraine, starting around 2 am - plus , felt some troubles breathing. It was the worst migraine I've had in a very long time. Took all the migraine medication, asthma medication, anti-nauseant, painkiller. The painkiller screws up my ability to fall asleep, so I only really got to sleep again around 7 am.
It is triggered by chinook winds and too many flights. Yesterday, our jet went mechanical, so we had to fly Dash 8 to YK, then wait for an alternate jet. Somehow, the cycles of pressure change seem to trigger the migraines, which I usually get on my fly day home.
I am still feeling some pain behind my eye, but at least I can still function.
