Ride from work to home then changed clothes and bike and headed over Cook saddle to meet MaryMac on her commute. Turned back and then rode over to Lawson. Got a lift home.

Another struggle of a run over saddle into Aranda bushlands and Black Mt and home. The pain seems to have migrated out into my RH glute, plus a bit down my leg. Felt ok going up hill though - just my luck.
