Run after work, and after my physio appointment this afternoon. Back is finally starting to feel normal. A loop from home up to Mt Painter then some wiggling through Cook streets as it was getting dark.

With MaryMac to Dairy Farmers. Breakfast at Arboretum, then WBL and Glenloch where I continued on and did a loop through ANU O'Connor and Bruce Ridge.

Parkrun at Ginninderra. MaryMac was still asleep when I left. Nice to catch up with ALJ before the run, and Swiss Miss and co after. I am still not 100% with my back so took it easy to start and kept a similar pace throughout. Passed Greg Lane around the back of the peninsula but he hung on till the end and finished just behind - luckily not in front. A few aches in my RH glute while running but not too bad. Good place to start and improve from ie. very low and slow.

Ride to Parkrun and home - plus about 2 minutes of jogging before the briefing to loosen up any running muscles.

Walking around Enlighten. Parked over in Barton near Manuka then walked to Parliament House first then down to all the other buildings, and finally back past Old PH to the car.
