Run to and from Lake G for Parkrun.

Parkrun at Ginninderra. Slowest run in a while - just felt flat most of the way. First km was steady in 4:20 but then just slowed. Still enjoyed the run. Joined by Heffer, but no MaryMac as she is only allowed to run twice a week for 15 minutes. My comment that she needs to run a massive PB at Parkrun then wasn't helpful.

First long run in a while. A bit cool to start but then it was just grand. To the top of Black Mt, , Little Blackie, O'Connor, the ridges, then to 2B10 for coffee and toast with MaryMac.

Rode to Bruce Stadium for Brumbies game. It was a bit dark on way home without lights.
