Run from O'Connor ridge along CCT, then along the back of the Botanic Gardens and found the start of the AJMT which is being upgraded. Stopped for a view from the lookout platform then carried on through the bush winding my way up to Circumcision, then around to Little Blackie and finally back along the CCT.

Parkrun at Lake G. My legs felt very stiff and sore still so I just plodded along and just to remind me into the wind. I started to run a bit better towards the end.

Bike ride in 3 parts. From home to LBG to try and intersect BB and his peloton but no luck so just made my way to the coffee shop at Kingston foreshore. The peloton arrived about 15mins after me - sat outside and chatted and the coffee was very nice. Rode with BB around southern side of LBG to near Scrivener Dam where I split off and headed to ANU to meet MaryMac for another coffee. Home via O'Connor saddle.
