Wanted to go swimming but there were little kids pissing in the pool for a swimming lesson. Made do with the gym. 25mins aerobic, the rest upperbody weights.

Running to work and back in the snow. Ugh. Used a lot of road and cycle lanes.

Running to training. Cars going sideways down the roads in the snow. ha ha.

Not swam that far in an hour session in years! Suitably tired but still ran the run home hard.

Low numbers at the session so wasn't a lot of motivation and ended up taking it pretty easy. Then we lost in the pub quiz. Apparently: Spurs are the only english team to have beaten another english team in a european cup final. well i never!

Two disappointing games of football. I felt heavy and lethargic - the rest of the team seemed to as well. Night out tonight though for my b'day, curry first, then plenty of 'carb loading' for.....err... the club.

rest day yesterday so felt good and ran into first swimming sesh - could turn out to be an error.

Second swimming sesh of the day and it was a bit hard! Long course for 2 hours- shoulders sufficiently dead. cycled home quite hard though.
