Sprint training

Good speed and navigation.

Overall great run.

Not as good as the first Sprint but I was already tired.

One 10 second route choice mistake and maybe a few hesitations

5k, not very fast, but it was tough for everyone.

I was going to do a long run, but my legs are still really sore from yesterday.

Took a nice and easy jog around the area instead and plan on doing more this weekend.
