First half felt really good. Actually ran 5:50 for my first mile in the sprint so that was cool.
Second half trailed off a little bit but still finished decently well.

DVOA Sprint 2
I still felt kind of bad from the first sprint, but when I started running I felt fine. Didn't push as hard as the beginning of the last sprint, but kept up about 5k race pace for the whole thing so I still felt pretty good.
