Went quite a bit better than yesterday. Pretty much had the same conclusions that I definitely have potential to make up a LOT of time just from improving my orienteering (not just mistakes, but from confidently executing routes).

Definitely need to be in a little bit better shape to race the entire time, I was burned out pretty bad by number 12 but I'm glad to see that I can do it and also makes me a bit less afraid of maybe focusing on Long distance at the Senior level.

Pretty disastrous. I should've definitely done quite a bit better although I had a few things working against me:
1) My foot keeps blistering
2) Made a bunch of stuuuuupid mistakes
3) Elite orienteers are really damn good

I'm gonna blame my socks for the foot thing. I used Vaseline everywhere to hopefully counter act any blisters but one popped up on my toe at the end anyway. I also need to tie my shoes tighter.

One huge technical mistakes and a huge lack of confidence on some points (especially when running downhill). Also I just SUCK at running through green / rough terrain, need to practice that a lot more.

Did not expect to be losing 20-30% to the leaders EVEN when I am completely clean, but it definitely makes sense since they are really good.

However I got to see that the top level isn't completely unachievable, a good race and I could've dropped to sub 50 min which is still ~13 minutes behind the winners, but I got a lot of time to improve my confidence and strength in the forest.

I'm in Czech and my GPS isn't working unfortunately. Training is going really well and I'll put maps up periodically, without routes unfortunately.

Training went really well. The Ukrainians seemed to struggle with the steep contours and rocks while I didn't have as much trouble.
