Sprint again. I'm pretty tired but ended 2:43 behind Tranchand with a decent ride from Taras. Honestly pretty happy with it but I got totally ruined by a patch of stinging nettles I literally could not sleep at night because my legs were just on fire.

Note

One man relay. I kicked some major ass today. Beat Ruslan Glibov on the 2nd leg and kept up with the following pack on the 1st leg.

I typically find myself orienteering significantly better in a relay setting. Confidence goes through the roof and the pressure doesn't really bother me.
