am: Long run in Kings Pk. Two circuits of the park. First one would have been about 16k because of some long detours around areas where they were weed spraying. Total distance is approximate.
Got very tired at the 90min mark, but that's to be expected because it's been several weeks since the last long run. Left knee was well behaved except for a few jabs (usually when least expected).

am: Steady run thru Shenton Pk and lower reaches of Kings Pk before working my way up to the top of the park and down through Subi. The left knee was a bit more solid today, not as flakey, so it seems to be gradually settling down. Good
