am: Morning ride through the city to East Perth, back along the river past the city out to UWA and Crawley, then home through Shenton Park.

am: Made it to 4 laps around the local park. No problems afterwards. Maybe some slight stiffness in the groin. 12 mins will be the baseline for next week.

am: Almost made it to 11mins today. Hooray! Wasn't intending to run for so long, but my right hip was still feeling good at the 9 min mark so I did a bit extra. No problems after i finished. Might even be able to do 12 mins by the end of the week :-)

am: Another big one today. No problems for the first 7 mins, and then only the very faintest discomfort, so I decided to do an extra quarter lap. Didn't fall apart, so I'll try it again tomorrow. All the signs are good. Might be able to do 11mins by the end of the week.

am: Jog over to the local park, a few laps, and return. Some discomfort in the hip/groin at the end. nothing significant though, and settled pretty quickly afterwards.
