Cycling 2:05:00 [3] 44.0 km (2:50 / km)

am: Sunday morn ride down to UWA and along the river. Went a bit farther upriver this time. An extra 5 mins past the Garratt Rd bridge exploring the cycleway. Thought I would check it out in preparation for the time I ride out to Guildford. Twice narrowly avoided a collision with dogs in some park in Bogansville. Seems to be a dog exercise area. The dog owners didn't seem to care too much what their dogs were up to. I'll look at how I can avoid the place in future.
Not sure how far I rode because the cycle 'computer' wasn't working after the wire got snagged somehow. Distance is a guesstimate

Running 39:50 [3] 8.5 km (4:41 / km)

am: Shenton Pk - KingsPk loop. The old standard for a 40min run. Actually felt OK for the first 20min or so - the first time for a while.
Right groin started feeling slightly tight after 25min. Not unconformatble though. The discomfort didn't start until after about 32min.

Gym 54:00 [2]
weight:79.1kg

md: At SportsMed Subi. All the usual stuff.

Running 36:38 [3] 7.8 km (4:42 / km)

am: Almost a carbon copy of the run yesterday.

Left toe damn sore after the run.

Running 36:39 [3] 7.8 km (4:42 / km)

am: Through Shenton Pk and around Kings Pk.

Forgot about the left calf, so obviously it was OK. Left big toe was just sore enough to be hindrance. Some faint tightness in right groin after about 25min. If I didn't have any history with it I wouldn't have given it a second thought. It was so slight that I couldn't be sure it was the bursitis. Became a bit tighter at about 33min. Didn't bother me too much and didn't affect my stride. Just letting me know that it's still there.

Gym 55:00 [2]
weight:79kg

pm: At SportsMed Subi.

Note

Left calf was really tight after the needling yesterday and the left big toe was sore all day so I thought I would skip the run this morning and go for an easy ride instead.

Cycling 40:55 [2]

am: Ride around the 'burbs trying to find some quiet streets. Subiaco, Shenton Pk, Claremont and Karrakatta.

Core stability 36:00 [1]

pm: Core and postural

Running 36:38 [3] 7.8 km (4:42 / km)

am: The old Shento Pk - Kings Pk loop. A bit muggy and it was a bit of a struggle this morning. 36min seemed like a long time.
Right groin was a little tight from 25min onwards but didn't bother me too much. Left big toe still sore and now the left calf has now decided to play up (very tight in left medial head). I'm falling apart.

Note

Massage after the run. 2 needles into medial head of left gastroc. Feels worse now. Will have to see how it goes tomorrow.
Also tight in right psoas.

Gym 53:00 [2]
weight:79.4kg

pm: Not really motivated tonight so I only did 2 sets on some of the exercises.

Running 31:56 [3] 6.9 km (4:38 / km)

am: Kings Park recovery run. First hint of right groin tightness appeared after 25min. Didn't become a problem though.
