Training Log Archive: heyU

The plaster cast was replaced by a 'fibreglass' version. It's lighter, but still just as big. My foot is still flexed, though, and that means ordinary activities like driving a car are not something that I can do easily. The new cast will stay on for at least another 2 weeks. Still not likely to be doing any significant exercise in the meantime.
