md: SportsMed Subi. Upper body and a bit of gym ball work.

I can now balance (briefly) on the left foot without the boot. When I see the surgeon on Tues I'm expecting that he'll tell me to dispense with the boot. If he doesn't, I'm tempted to give it the boot anyway :-)

am: A subset of my usual core and postural session. Just the exercises that didn't require too much use of the legs.

Note

First physio session on my toe. Gentle manipulation and stretching. Now have a set of simple exercises to do 2-3 times per day.
