am: Sunday long ride. Out to Caversham again. Same as last Sunday. Great day for cycling - dead calm on the river on the way out and a light tailwind on the way back. Perfect.
Sat on 34-36kph along Riverside Dr and Mounts Bay on the way home.

am: First proper ride for the week. Tried something different today just for a bit variation on the usual routine. Out to the beach via Lemnos, Brockway, Perry Lakes etc, south along the coast to Rochford and then back inland through Challenge Stadium to Brockway and home via Lemnos St. Not long enough, but could easily be extended by going farther south before heading inland.

pm: Easy ride in Kings Pk. Squeezed it in just before dark and managed to avoid another slack day.

pm: Was going to go cycling but it was raining too much so I tried to run instead. If I'm going to get wet I'd rather be running. Rosalie Pk again. 8 min walking, 20min jog, 4 min walking.

pm: At SportsMed Subi. As usual, didn't have enough time for a full session so opted out of the gym ball work and the single-leg squats

pm: Usual marathon effort. 10 mins walking and stretching followed by 20 mins of running (to and from Rosalie Pk + 3 laps) and then 5 mins of walking to finish.
