Cycling 2:46:51 [3] 72.6 km (2:18 / km)

am: Sunday ride out to Guildford and beyond. This time I went out past Caversham along West Swan Rd as far as the Chocolate factory. Thought I would do a long one seeing as I'm not going to be able to do that much for a couple of weeks after going under the knife on Wed (hernia this time).

Cycling 56:14 [3] 25.1 km (2:14 / km)

am: Along the railway towards Fremantle. First along the cyclepath, and then Curtin Ave as far as Marine Parade, then through back streets of Cottesloe as far as North St, and home along the railway path.
This was supposed to be a fairly relaxed ride to ease back into it, but it turned out to be quite a bit harder than intended when a group of road cyclists came past. Couldn't resist the temptation to tag along. Quite pleased that I managed to stay with them even when they hit 45km/h on Curtin Ave :-)

Gym 52:00 [2]
weight:80.2kg

pm: At SportsMed Subi. The first full gym session for a while. Hard work.

Walk/jog 28:00 [3]

am: At Glendale again. 4 walk, 20 run, 4 walk. No problems with either the left foot or right hip, so hopefully this means that I can gradually start increasing the time/distance. Another bonus was being able to run on uneven ground without any hesitation or uncertainty (not that it was that rough and its still a long way from running in terrain, but its a definite step forward)

Walk/jog 27:00 [2]

pm: At Glendale. 5 min walk, 20 min jog, and 2 min walk. No problems with the right hip/groin.
