md: At Lords. Bought myself a pass so I'll prob start going fairly regularly on Sundays. Might even go mid-week too if I've got nothing better to do.

pm: Kings Pk. Same as last week except for a bit extra when I forgot where I was going at the start and headed off on one of my shorter runs. Remembered after a couple of hundred metres.
All good on the injury side of things ;-)
am: Slogfest into the raging easterly gale out to Guildford and up West Swan Rd as far as the caravan pk. Had a stiff back from leaning into the wind on West Swan Rd!. Nearly got blown off the bike at one stage when I got hit by a particularly strong gust and then got overtaken by a massive semi-trailer. Just at a point where there's no shoulder on the road. Any closer and I would have been rubbing shoulders with the damn thing. Thoroughly sick of the wind by the time a got back to Guildford. Mounts Bay Rd was hoot tho ... just needed a couple more gears to really take advantage of the wind :-)
am: Out to Claremont, via UWA Birdwood, Jutland, Victoria Ave. Windy (again) this morning. Didn't bother me too much because it was swirling around a lot so I didn't have to battle into a headwind for too long at any time (unlike bloody Mounts Bay Rd which is an absolute wind tunnel).
pm: Run in Kings Pk with about 7 min of tempo near the end. This time the tempo actually felt faster than the rest of it, and felt more co-ordinated, unlike last week when I wasn't going much faster despite all the effort I put in :-) Hopefully will be able to keep on building on this. Will need to do a lot more if I'm going to be able to have a reasonable bash at the Bridges fun run.
