pm: In Kings Pk. Same run as last Sunday, but this time it was so much more pleasant with the cooler weather. Right lateral quad was still sore before. Didn't bother me during the run though.

am: Kings Pk. With 16:10 of tempo. Did it on Hale Oval this time to get a better indication of exactly how fast I'm going. And also because I wanted to avoid doing it on the loose sandy tracks (at least at this stage while I'm still building up). About 4:05 pace initially, down to 4:00s at the end. There's a reasonable chance that I can get under 40 in the Bridges, especially with a few more weeks of training to go. We'll see.
