am: Kings Pk. With 16:10 of tempo. Did it on Hale Oval this time to get a better indication of exactly how fast I'm going. And also because I wanted to avoid doing it on the loose sandy tracks (at least at this stage while I'm still building up). About 4:05 pace initially, down to 4:00s at the end. There's a reasonable chance that I can get under 40 in the Bridges, especially with a few more weeks of training to go. We'll see.
