Running hills 47:26 [4]
am: Hill reps on the Kokoda track. Usual set of 6. Felt good this morning. Thought I might have started a bit fast, but just got faster, which was good:-) Right groin was OK until half way through the cool down, when it started to become a little tight. Seems to be fine for 40mins if I'm not trying to run too fast.
