am: Kings Pk. Ran the short warm-up course I normally do before a hill session and added a bit out to the War Memorial. Came back the same way. Groin just started to tighten up at the end.

am: Out to Guildford and back . A bit different this time - tried out the bike path along the river at the back of Ascot racecourse. Looks like a good way to avoid the crazy out-of-control dogs in Riverside Gardens. Only downside is then having to go along the 'Great' Eastern Highway through South Guildford.
Tired today so I'll skip the Sunday ride.

am: Tourist ride out to Herdsman Lake, around the lake and back home. Haven't done this one for ages and had forgotten how stop start it is. The bit around the lake is nice but there are too many sets of traffic lights for it to be a real training ride.

am: Hill session on the Kokoda track. 6 reps. Possibly went a bit too hard at the start and faded a little at the end. Not too much though.
