Running hills 43:52 [4]
am: Hill session on the Kokoda track. I thought I might be just about ready to try something a bit more strenuous. Definitely not expecting to set the world on fire - just aiming to get through the session. Managed to do it OK although it was a struggle even though it didn't seem that hard on the legs. The breathing was the main issue - still not getting enough air.
