Note
(injured)

Tried to go for a run in the morning but my back wasn't having a bar of it so I gave up after about 2.5 minutes and went for a walk instead.

Saturday Mar 3, 2012 #

Cycling 1:43:34 [3] 42.5 km (2:26 / km)

am: To UWA and upriver as far as the Garrat Rd bridge. Struggled on any sort of incline, but the back seemed to warm-up a bit, and wasn't too bad at the end.

Friday Mar 2, 2012 #

Running 37:53 [3]

am: In Kings Pk. Slow to get going with my stiff back. Didn't warm-up all that much and felt uncomfortable for much of the run. At least the right groin was good for the whole run.

Gym 20:00 [2]

pm: Token gym session at SportsMed Subi. Avoided anything that might upset my back ... i.e. most of it.

Thursday Mar 1, 2012 #

Cycling 42:20 [3] 18.9 km (2:14 / km)

am: Down to UWA and then around the back streets of Dalkeith and Claremont. Tried to stay out of the wind as much as possible! Would have got blown off the bike if I'd gone along the river.

Pump 1:00:00 [2]

pm: At Lords. A struggle tonight. Back also a bit stiff .... made it hard on the squat track.

Wednesday Feb 29, 2012 #

Cycling 1:02:50 [3] 28.3 km (2:13 / km)

am: Perth Water with Windan extension.

Tuesday Feb 28, 2012 #

Running hills 43:28 [4]

am: Hill session on the Kokoda track. Really busy this morning and got held up a bit a couple of times.
