Running 32:38 [2]

am: Stop-start run in kings pk. Horribly stiff at the start and really struggled to get going. Stopped and walked a couple of times in the early stages. Eventually able to get a continuous shuffle going, but it was a real slog :( Time excludes walking. Left glute med? not happy afterwards. Probably won't run again this week if it's going to be like this.

Cycling 2:25:51 [3] 65.9 km (2:13 / km)

am: Long ride out to Caversham and back. Back not too bad. Cycling is ok. Still not good with anything else though.

Friday Mar 9, 2012 #

Cycling 41:52 [3] 18.0 km (2:20 / km)

am: A proper ride this time. Down to UWA and then Nedlands, Dalkeith and Claremont. Was able to push a little bit on the hills. Still not able to get out of the saddle and put in any real effort, but still it's nice to able to ride a bit faster. Will probably be able to do my usual long ride tomorrow morning.

Gym 32:00 [1]
weight:76.2kg

pm: Token gym session at SportsMed Subi. Avoided anything that would upset the back.
seemed ok albeit a bit stiff and restricted.

am: Tawarri again. Back gradually getting better. Probably could have run but decided against it when I tried to peel myself out of bed. Back is horribly stiff in the mornings.
