am: In kings Pk. Same run as last Sunday but this time added a little bit extra at the end. Right groin was good until the last 2mins. Tightened a little but ntb.

am: Perth Water ride with a diversion around Kings Pk at the start. Had to follow some fully kitted up tosser on a road bike after he went past at some ridiculously unsustainable speed just near the entrance to the park. When he turned left to go up the hill towards the top of the park it was on. Passed him half way up and he was nowhere in sight when I got to the top :-)
