am: In Kings Pk. To the Fraser Ave entrance, with a rep of the Kokoda track track on the way there, and back home via Jacobs Ladder, the Kokoda track and the lower end of the park. Walked the last few hundred metres because the right groin decided to tighten up right near the end.

am: Hills on the Kokoda track. x6. Approximate time only due to equipment malfunction again. Watch decided to freeze just before I got to the hill and it was still too dark for me to see anything much and figure out what was going on without my glasses, and too cold (1.3) to stop and fiddle about for too long, so I just went ahead without any timing. ggrrr.
am: In Kings Pk. Tried doing a run without either Jacobs Ladder or the Kokoda track just to get a feel for how fast I'm running at the moment. Apparently not doing to badly :) Right groin was good.
