Cycling 3:22:27 [3] 93.3 km (2:10 / km)

am: Usual Sat morning long ride. Started off by going up river to Guildford. Turned around here and went back through South Guildford and along south side of the river to the Narrows. Then did the usual around the river loop: Applecross, Freo, Mosman, Claremont, UWA, City before heading for home. Added a bit around the streets at the end to make sure it was more 90.

am: Down river to Windan Bridge. Over to the other side and past Burswood, then clockwise around Perth Water. Back home along river through East Perth and Claisebrook.

pm: At Lords. Sweated a truckload in this one:(

pm: At Lords...straight after pump. Sweated a few more truckloads

Walk/jog 20:30 [2]

pm: Immediately after the gym classes. Still bloody hot and sweated a whole lot more. 45s jog/60s walk. All good. Soon I might be almost running :)

am: Along the river to Guildford, back through South Guildford and south side of the river to Windan Bridge, and back over the river and home. Windy, as usual.

pm: Started with 30 sec jog, 60 sec walk and built up to 45 sec jog, 60 sec walk. All good, no real complaint from the right hammies.
With some walking beforehand and a bit more afterwards.

am: Recovery loop. Along river to Causeway, across to Burswood side, around the back of the casino past Tennis centre to Farmer Freeway. Back to river, over bridge and then home along river.
