am: Long ride out to Guildford, up the Swan Valley, and then west along Gnangarra Rd and out to the coast. Came back down the coast to City Beach and then headed back past Perry Lakes, Lemnos St and over to UWA. Back home from there along the river.

pm: With some longer jogging intervals this time. Started with 45s for the first 2 and then increased to 60s for the rest. Still with 60s recovery. Hamstrings good.

am: Along river to the Causeway, over to Burswood, around the back of the casino, along freeway to Windan Bridge, across bridge and along river back home.

Walk/jog 21:45 [2]

pm: 45s jog, 60s walk. With a bit of walking before and after. A bit faster on the jogging 'intervals' this time. Hamstrings were fine.
