Hamstrings have generally been OK in the last few runs and piriformis also seems to be settling down.

am: Ride along river to the Narrows, over to South Perth, back along the other side of the river to the Windan Bridge, then over the bridge and home. Not much wind.

pm: Usual stuff. In the dark again. Will probably have to start running in the mornings now.
