am: Standard run. Quite stiff and sore at start so took it pretty slowly for the first 4 or 5 km. Soreness seems to be mainly in the hamstring belly rather than the tendons. Not sure why they should be sore, but at least its not the injury that's complaining.
am: Nice long ride :) Perfect day for it - cool and no wind. Down to Applecross then Canning River to Gosnells, and the back way to Kelmscott. Followed the Brookton Hwy for a little bit before turning around. Felt pretty good until just before the 100k mark. Quite pleased with that.
aM: Standard run. Piriformis was a bit sore at bthe start. Warmed up a bit. Everything went OK but have the feeling that this is as much as I can safely do for the moment. No chance of increasing the distance just yet :(
