Easy run partly with Erik & Ally at Sveberg. Snow was ankle deep even on the tracks - still not 100% so didn't do a full langtur + 4 x 60m strides.

A couple of laps of the lys loop up at Henriksåsen. Felt pretty good but the slowness of the 170 waxless skis was starting to annoy me. About enough time & intensity for today even though I'm feeling much better.

Low intensity (jogging) to gløs & on the treadmill there.

Light weights: squats (normal & single leg), presses (bench & military) + some abs stuff on the mats.

Walked home (4 miles) to boost immune system & save on bus fare, well boring but at least sunny. Overtaken by 2 serious walkers, one nordic, one power. More snow forecast (already waist deep snow in Bymarka).

Bit of a sore throat & headache this morning & legs have been feeling a bit heavy the last days, so it's time to rest.

Natt-O sprint in Lade. Orienteering like a punter and letting myself get wound up by some guy following me. Big boo. + heavy legged.
