No especially good reason, lot of work on, worked 8 til 19 but would have found time to train if had really wanted. Didn't feel like could do something that I would gain anything from. Not sick, just some stress/tiredness??

Think I should be positive so far. The build up part went well but the conditioning part has been a bit mixed so far, but hopefully the next 7.5 weeks will make that a success too. :-)

Weird kind of sick. Constant nausea for ~24hrs now. Not really any other symptoms. Loads of work to do so on the paracet which seems to help.
