Road bike race 1:55:36 [4]66.68 km (1:44 / km)
Road race Mt Helena,modified course due to part of Stonville rd been dirt at the moment.Roads pretty wet though didnt rain during the event.Came secound by about a wheel.Had to chase down a break on the 1st part of the last lap which took abit of juice out of me.Alot of none helpers sitting behind getting a freebie.Last part of last lap became a walk with know one wanting to lead.Had the lead for a good part of it by default but took it easy.Just run down on the line.

Good paced run through the streets of Karrinyup,Scarborough and Triggs following my hash run.

Mtb ride that became a Tour da coastal suburbs hills areas and a Forest gump ride as didnt plan to ride that long of time.Nice out though.

Jt's group run.Only three of us tonight,weather not the best.Pretty easy paced jog around the Bold park area.Kinda felt like id done nothing after.Chatting away kinda makes the time go quicker.

Hard ride to hash run in Hillarys as thought i was going to be late.Had abit of extra time when i got there so did abit extra around the area.

Hash run Hillarys area.Interval type running.
MTB Ride 48:44 [3]17.89 km (2:43 / km)
Ride home from hash run.Pushed hard but was pretty tired ay times.
