Sunday May 18

Bush Orienteering race (Julimar Brook) 1:00:18 [3]
shoes: Teva cross country
Bush 0 event H3 course.Lovely day out in the bush but always seem to be in abit of a hurry.
C • Contest? 7
Ski Paddle (River-Spirit Ski) 1:11:14 [3]
Avo paddle in delightful sun and warmth.Was nice to do it in day light hours for once as well. Paddled for a while in both directions and on both sides of the river.Hooked some blokes fishing line on my rudder.

Saturday May 17

Road bike (Riders Choice-Evolution) 2:23:52 [3] 80 km (1:48 / km)
shoes: Specialized- Road
Riders Choice group ride.Big pack again that snow balled even bigger along the way.Good pace through out.Sat at the very back most of the way.
Won the final sprint in a reduced field.
Ski Paddle (River-Spirit ski) 1:16:16 [3]
Evening paddle from East Perth to Ascot waters then back to Burswood golf club house few hundred mtrs past bridge and home.Perfect conditions again.

Friday May 16

Mornin ride to work.Dressed up to the hilt for the cold though wasnt to bad.Got more wet than anything from sweat.

Night time paddle with Fletch from East Perth to the Swan brewery via the northern side of the river and back via the southern side which was flat as and no wind not that there was much anyway.Water abit rippley west of the narrows to the Swan brewery with a chance of going in with cross waves.Dressed up for a cold weather paddle but wasnt to bad in the end though might of bin had i dropped in.

Morning ride to work the longer route though did miss out one hill i normally do.Managed to miss the rain until the last 10mins,didnt get too wet.

Afternoon ride home with out wet weather gear.Got soaked in the first 10mins.Looking forward to the sunny weekend.

Arvo ride from Balcatta to Bold park for run with Tooms and co.

Evening run with Tooms and Will for part of the run.Was a little cold out tonight and rained abit too.Ran on a variety of surfaces and places around Bold park,City beach,Mt Claremont area with a stint on the beach at City beach and abit of bush at Mt Claremont in the dark that i was waiting to hit the deck on at some stage.Was good to do a different run and with others for once.All stuck together pretty well though Will bailed early from us two,not sure why as pace was not that hard at the time.Longest run time wise iv done for quite a while.

Monday May 12

Morning ride to work.Woke up abit late so could only fit in 50mins.
Run (Beach) 1:01:37 [3]
Run from work to Triggs beach then soft sand run to Brighton dog beach and return.Shoes on.Run was at least 7k on the sand
Was again warm running south with the breeze what breeze there was.Perfect out though.

Night time lap swimming for a change at Inglewood pool.What good it will do me iam not sure but swam ok and tried a few different breathing combos.
