Tweaked my right ankle again this morning. Just walking in the grass to the car. F**king annoying. I have no idea how I managed to do it.
Will stop running for a little while and focus on swimming and biking. Need to work on the following to prevent more ankle sprains:
- balance board
- theraband
- calf raises
Swim session with Ian Steele. Very good first fall session. Stroke count of 25-26. Try to get it down to 15'ish. Work on pulling straight back with arms.
Goal for next season = Get 2.0km swim time under 40 minutes or 2:00 minutes per 100m. Stretch goal is 1:45 minutes per 100m or 35 minutes.
