Easily the fastest I've gone on the elliptical. I might be getting used to it. Or perhaps there is ight at the end of the injury tunnel. L knee was a little sore walking to the gym and doing the leg press, but OK on the machine. R knee has been pretty good for the last few weeks.
Ps looking out the window - 20 cyclists with helmets to 10 without.
