Physio, pretty cruel. New exercises 3x10: scooters, pelvic lifts, hamstring curls
The issue appears to be unstable hips / knee, so extra pressure is put on calf and eventually it says enough. Knee collapses inwards, so need glute and VMO strength - which is what I was doing regular pilates for until March 2020.
