Yetar Springs. Beautiful day. Ran OK but took half the course to get the HR up into the proper range and by then I was too tired. Richard did 75.55 and I told him he hadn't much room to manouvre - I had done 75 as well, but a dastardly 4 secs slower. He had 8 minutes on me at the end of the long leg before going troppo.

puncture am, so pm thought I'd see how good Evo's freeway ride is. Not bad. Went as far as Anketell and back up along the coast. Will be better when they fix the 2 underpasses, but I guess the train line takes priority.
