Same as yesterday, but with Cath (Caths GPS track, mine froze), clockwise. Added Aoife's kms as well.

MTB 1:30:31 [3] 21.08 km (4:18 / km) +393m 3:56 / km

Bare Creek Trail Ride. Not flowing, rocky and mostly slow, but definitely worthwhile. Only had to get off twice (creek and one uphill when I lost my line). No near-fall experiences, but was going pretty slow. Saw one wallaby and one goanna.

Note

Saw orthopaedic surgeon. Two issues: sprained and inflamed ligament (the Lisfranc) and underneath that an "oedema" i.e. a bone damage zone of hairline fractures caused by the 2nd metarsal hitting the middle cuneiform. The cartilage between the two is gone as well.
Resolution: rest. It might take another 3 months. These things take time. The good news is that the bones have maintained alignment so no need for surgical pinning or freezing.
