Barnsley, NOL. Hard Medium, 1st. Forgot to take descriptions so was baffled when I arrived at number 1 which seemed to be just on its own in a patch of bush. The symbol was a green triangle - but that wasn't in the legend. So just punched it and moved on. Got the tracks wrong at 3, 4, 5, 9 and 13, but didn't lose too much time on any of those. Nearly flummoxed by the new track near 14.
L knee - a couple of twinges but pretty good really: better than the R Achilles which was tight from the start and didn't get any better - sore all day after.

Core Stability (Pilates) 1:00:00 [3]

Mat 45 each. Reformer 40 each on 3.25 springs. 200 hundreds. Single legs / arms 20 on 2 springs. Lots of VMOs. Slidies 2x20 narrow, 20 wide, 20 lunges on 1.5 springs.
Note - bad night with runny nose last night; sore throat today.
