McMahons Point Summer Series (includes to and from). Walking, shadowing Aoife and Nea (10:15 for 10 controls). A pity they don't get included in the junior women class. I was going to walk the main course, but time was against us.
Ok session, no pain in knee or Achilles. Mat - 200. Hamstring- 20 toes, 10 heels. Reformer 200 on 3 springs. Arms and 200 hundreds on 2 springs. Some running exercises. Slidies - 2x20 narrow, 20 lunges on 1.5 springs.
