Core Stability 20:00 [3]

Including 10 minutes "rocking" on the wind trainer. That's because I can't bend my leg far enough to get around a full pedal stroke. 7800 steps is a new post-op best.
Note- Mt Majura West event today

Note

Small improvement today after the surgeon visit. I'm limping now with a slight bend in the knee rather than fully straight. Yesterday was a step backwards, although the last 3 days I've done the same 3900 steps.
Surgeon - swelling is blood that will dissipate slowly. Don't bother with anti-inflammatories they won't help. Don't bother with painkillers as long as you can tolerate the pain.
So no cartilage left under the patella, but I still have the weight bearing cartilage lower down. So I should be OK to run on the flat, just not downhill.
UNDY - stop reading now.
He had started to "burr" the osteophyte, but decided it was too big and that the debris might flare up or cause obstruction themselves later. So he made a new, bigger hole on the outside of the knee and went in with the chisel to knock it off in one go.
