Ski O at Mt Perisher. Great snow and weather. Quite cautious after yesterday, with mild whiplash. Mostly walking with a little bit of glide now and then. Fell 3 times, mostly backwards into powder. Good to see Virpi win the Long.

Perisher - Blue Cow - Guthega, downhill. Fell twice on Karl's at Guthega, hit my head backwards onto the snow the second time. Overcast to fully snowing by the time we finished. Legs quite tired by the end. 1.8km vertical
