Static bike, but still nearly managed to fall off it. Sling temporarily off, having worn it pretty well continuously since the crash apart from Tuesday. Still pretty sore shoulder and neck.

Single leg press: 30x82.5kg, 25x90kg, 25x97.5kg, 20x105kg. Rest was calf raises and balance, hamstring curls and glute work. Pilates won't be possible for the next month as it relies on shoulders to stabilise/push.
