Bruce Ridge re-run. Tested 5 of the longer route choice legs - I was quicker on all 5 today, 4 of them by about 10 seconds and one (no. 7) by 1 minute.
To 1 - went all the way around this time using the underpass
To 6 - used the Belconnen switchback single track instead of the firetrail
To 7 - used the firetrail instead of Creek Run
To 14 - continued on single track instead of cutting across to the road
To 16 - around the hill instead of over (but still kept to the single track: didn't use the shortcut off the firetrail).
So inept route choice is still a big issue. Adding the 1:40 to the 2 minutes I lost on 2 is 3:40 lost in mistakes, easily the worst in the top 12 times.

Mt Majura West. Nice loopy course on the lower slopes. Struggled with the contours at 3, 5, 10 and 13. Otherwise good.
