Long SOL at Calophylla. Wasn't feeling very well, so planned to do H2 instead of H1, but the courses were much shorter than I thought they would be, so I did H1 anyway. Didn't run very fast, but got very sweaty already early on. That made me fear I would struggle physically in the second half, but it wasn't too bad. My navigation was pretty rubbish though. I think my head just wasn't in it. At least the bush was nice to run through, with even the green areas very runnable.

Sprint intervals at Cliff Sadlier Park, 6 x 1 km course. At the start I wasn't sure yet whether we were going to do all 6 courses, and I went out a bit too hard on the first three. Took it a little bit easier on the fourth and the fifth and got through to the end not feeling too bad. Craig, Andries and tRicky all running at very similar speed to me, so we kept getting back around the same time.
