Sunday Feb 18

Skiing 1:09:11 [2] 11.5 km (6:01 / km)
Around the long trail twice (28:29, 28:48).

Saturday Feb 17

Skiing 2:05:00 [1] 18.5 km (6:45 / km)
Nice morning for a ski. Went around the long trail three times (32:36, 31:12 & 33:42), then around the short trail once (14:23).
Running 1:07:00 [2] 12 km (5:35 / km)
shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D (ret.)
In the park to start off, then on the roads for a bit.
Cycling (stationary) 55:00 [1] 21.1 km (2:36 / km)
While working on a cross sums puzzle.

Friday Feb 16

Running 15:52 [2] 3 km (5:17 / km)
shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D (ret.)
Warm up.
Running intervals 15:37 [4] 4 km (3:54 / km)
shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D (ret.)
In the park, same route as Jan 31 along the plowed roads. Times: 1:50, 1:55, 4:01 (1:59+2:02), 4:01 (1:56+2:05), 1:52, 1:58. 1:15 rest after the shorter ones and 2:00 after the longer ones. Knee wasn't 100%, but it was good enough. Speed also wasn't 100%.
Running 25:00 [1] 3.5 km (7:09 / km)
shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D (ret.)
Jogging between the intervals and cooldown.

Thursday Feb 15

Running 46:00 [1] 7 km (6:34 / km)
shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D (ret.)
Knee was still a bit sore, so just a slow run in the park. Had planned to do intervals, guess I'll do them tomorrow if I'm able.

Wednesday Feb 14

Running 1:30:00 [2] 16 km (5:38 / km)
shoes: Skechers Endorphin
In the park.
Cycling (stationary) 15:00 [1] 5.5 km (2:44 / km)
While working on a cross sums puzzle. My right knee was a bit sore after the run. Thought biking might do it some good, not sure if that was the case though. About 40 minutes total, with 15 worth logging.
