| In the park, same route as Jan 31 along the plowed roads. Times: 1:50, 1:55, 4:01 (1:59+2:02), 4:01 (1:56+2:05), 1:52, 1:58. 1:15 rest after the shorter ones and 2:00 after the longer ones. Knee wasn't 100%, but it was good enough. Speed also wasn't 100%. |
