3, 3, 4 min at La Barriere park, while Mom and Ursula were checking out control locations for their meet. Not feeling particularly great, lost motivation.

Easier running at La Barriere. Not a good week of training... need to be better organized so I can get out more.

Sprint at Bruce Park. New map by MrPither. Quite good aside from the first bit and last bit... speed seemed good, made good route choices, and hit the controls right on. But I made some bad mistakes too. On #2, I lost about 0:20 when I didn't realise I needed head all the way around the building and tried to approach the control from the east (after almost heading into the private property by mistake). And then I made a couple attempts to DQ myself at the end. I ran through the olive-colour vegetation on the way to #15... just thought it was regular green and, in the terrain, it didn't look like a forbidden area. I didn't see #16 on the map and headed straight to the finish from #15, then was asked if I had got the last one and realized I'd missed it... 0:30 mistake there. And also, I wasn't told (and didn't assume) that you didn't have to pin-punch the ten non-SI controls, probably lost another 0:30 punching them. Ended up in 2nd place, 9 seconds behind Darius.
