Sunday May 25

Running 55:00 [2] 9.5 km (5:47 / km)
shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D old
Setting out water and a few more controls for my meet at Glen Valley, and picking up some controls.

Saturday May 24

Orienteering 49:36 5.6 km (8:51 / km)
(sick) shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D old
Middle at Yellow Quill. Nice course by Darius. Still a bit sick -- sore throat had gone away on Thursday, then was replaced by stuffed up nose and ears. Took it easy because I wanted to be able to set up more controls at Glen Valley afterwards; likely would have tried to run fast otherwise. Navigation was good (or perhaps I should downgrade that to "okay" since I was going slow), only made a couple small mistakes and hesitations, about 1.5 min total.
Orienteering 1:40:00 [1] 10 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D old
Control setup at Glen Valley before the Yellow Quill race (my "warm up"), picking up controls after the race, and setting up more at Glen Valley. Total time out there was just under 3 hours.

Friday May 23

Running 24:00 [1] 4 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D new
Short run to the park and back.

Thursday May 22

Cycling 34:30 [1] 12 km (2:52 / km)
Around the park. Was a bit sick earlier in the week, still not feeling 100%. It wasn't bad enough to prevent training, but I'm not concerned about having taken a few days off.
