| Middle at Yellow Quill. Nice course by Darius. Still a bit sick -- sore throat had gone away on Thursday, then was replaced by stuffed up nose and ears. Took it easy because I wanted to be able to set up more controls at Glen Valley afterwards; likely would have tried to run fast otherwise. Navigation was good (or perhaps I should downgrade that to "okay" since I was going slow), only made a couple small mistakes and hesitations, about 1.5 min total. |
