Lakes Day 1 - Swindale North - lovely weather for the Lakes, in fact a beautiful morning, which was good as it was a long walk to the start. The area was open moorland with lots of marshes, which were actually quite dry. Not too many features to go on, so had to be careful to ensure I was where I thought I was ! Took it carefully, didn't get lost, couldn't run across most of it much anyway, then had a small problem with control 12 near the end... Got round in under 2 hours and wasn't last !! That is my mission for the week.
